*Oil is treated and heated in containers.
*Samples collected and sent for testing.
*Transformer filled under vacuum.
*When oil level is reached vacuum is broken.
*Transformer topped up.
*Oil circulated additional 2 passes.
*Transformer inspected and bled.
*Final tests undertaken.
